Build with the Team that Knows the Neighborhood
There is no fast lane to earning trust, respect, admiration and a great reputation. A
reputation is crafted piece-by-piece over a great deal of time by paying attention to
the “little” things: it’s making friends and keeping them; it’s earning an honest living
and sharing the fruits of your labor with your family and friends; it’s volunteering
time and energy to those who need you; and, it’s about doing the right thing.
“Building homes is not just my job; it’s my passion.
Making your dreams come true is my privilege.
I’ve been exposed to the construction industry
since the age of 15. My experience led me through
framing, cabinet work, trim, ceramic tile, masonry,
skid steer work, and general labor. Hands-on and
job-site work have taught me well. Additionally, I
earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the
University of Missouri – Rolla.
The building industry has been my way of life for
over 35 years, and it has been a collective experience.
I would like to put that experience to work for you.”
—Frank Sbisa
What “Certified Green” Really Means
A green, energy-efficient home is good for your bottom line. A well-designed,
energy-efficient home saves money, reduces potential financial risks from
future rising energy costs and—quite frankly—adds to your home’s resale
value should you decide to put your home on the market. More homeowners
are sensitive to the needs of being a good steward to the environment and
SBISA Homes has invested a great deal of time and training to take advantage
of Energy Star and green build methods and materials.
Frank is a lifetime resident of the Kansas City metropolitan area and has lived in Lee’s
Summit for over 25 years. He knows the area well and has done a magnificent job of
building beautiful homes. Consider a SBISA home, one that is built with integrity.
“Hands-on experience is something that is hard to find in home builders today.
When we started our search for a builder, there was one thing I was looking for
and that was hands-on experience. I grew up in the construction industry and
can appreciate someone who has physically done the work and understands
the difference between quality and quantity. Too many times, people are
focused on the cost and not the performance or quality of their home. Frank
brings hands-on experience and exceptional quality to every home he builds.”
