Acme Architectural Hardware has been
blessed with many long-time, loyal customers—
working together for many years to help build
each other’s businesses. As a small way of
saying thank you, we have partnered with our
manufacturers to host customer appreciation
events during the year. From lunches for
those who regularly come by our offices, to
an annual customer appreciation event for all
of our clientele, it’s just one way to show our
gratitude for their patronage.
These events also help us to know our customers better.
Many times our relationships are restricted to providing
customer service over the phone. We found it beneficial for
us to not only learn more about the individuals who place
the orders but also for our customers to get to know the
customer service representative they have been dealing with
for years.
Whenever we can offer an opportunity for our
manufacturers to show our customers their latest products
in a laid-back environment, everyone wins.Throw in dinner,
drinks, entertainment and some great door prizes, and a
good time is sure to be had by all.
