To qualify as a QVM (qualified vehicle modifier), we must successfully pass evaluations by the Ford Motor Company on criteria such as engineering, manufacturing processes, quality control and adherence to Ford QVM guidelines. Specifically, the QVM Program requires the following from vehicle modifiers: compliance with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), as well as an annual facility inspection.
