ROOM LOCATION Rooms are assigned according to event size, type and availability. If attendance increases or decreases, Crank’s Banquet Center reserves the right to assign the function to the proper size room. OUTSIDE VENDORS Chair covers can only be rented through Crank’s Banquet Center. Ask a sales representative about pricing. All other outside vendors must be approved by your sales representative and documented on your contract with Enchantment Banquet Hall & Crank’s Services, LLC. FOOD & ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES Crank’s Banquet Center reserves the right to inspect and control all events held on the premises. All food and beverages must be purchased from Crank’s Banquet Center. This includes candy tables, dessert tables, cookies, cheesecake, cakes, etc. (cakes are excluded for weddings, showers and birthdays). Any desserts brought into the building will be accessed a $2.75 per person plating fee. INITIAL_______. Food and beverage not consumed on the premises is not permitted to be taken off the premises for health, safety and insurance reasons. Regarding alcohol, Crank’s Banquet Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom the attending staff has determined to be intoxicated or a minor. The Michigan Liquor Control Commission expressly forbids any alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the premises. LAST CALL Last call and last song will be 15 minutes prior to the ending time of the event. SET UP TIMES & DECORATIONS All events except a wedding reception will be given one hour prior to their guest arrival time for set up. Wedding receptions will be given two hours prior to their guest arrival for set up. If you would like to ensure that we do not book any events prior to your wedding, there will be a $750 fee. In this case, you will be able to have the room all day. Decorations or displays brought onto the premises must be approved by Crank’s Banquet Center. Items may not be attached to any stationary walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. No free-standing pillar candles. Votives, floating candles and flameless candles are permitted. Absolutely NO CONFETTI on the tables. If you have any questions regarding decorations, please contact your sales representative. SECURITY Crank’s Banquet Center is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal property on our premises. The client is responsible for all of Crank’s Banquet Center property. Missing property or damages incurred by the guests, independent contractor, client, client’s agent or any person on the client’s behalf will be charged accordingly. PRICES All food and beverages are subject to a 19% service fee and a 6% sales tax. The 19% is a service charge, not a gratuity. There will be a 10% gratuity added to the subtotal of all events.
