Brochures are funded by advertising purchased by your vendors and suppliers. Size of the 9" x 12" oversized brochure is determined by the support generated from your team of vendors/suppliers. For every page of advertising purchased, your company will receive a free matching page for your content. For example, 10 pages sold in advertising + 10 pages free for your company will result in a 20-page brochure. District Publishing will handle all of the sales with your vendors as well as the writing, design and printing. You can retain as much creative control of the design of the final brochure as you choose. You will approve all proofs before your project is sent to print. You receive a minimum of 1,000 copies of your brochure and a digital version. All we ask during the process is for 2 simple things: 1. Supply District Publishing with photography you would like to utilize for your pages. Other photography options are available at no cost. 2. Be supportive of the project if any of your vendors should contact you during the sales process. He or she will contact you to complete a company biography questionnaire that will be used to guide the editorial content of the brochure. Your suppliers/vendors will receive an introductory letter, on your letterhead, to announce the project and to introduce District Publishing. Your Account Executive will contact your suppliers/vendors explaining the project as well as sending examples and the applicable display information for their review. You will be sent regular progress reports. Simultaneously, the photography will need to be sent to District Publishing. Upon your approval of the text and our receipt of photography, you will receive an initial, full-color proof from a Graphic Designer. Your Graphic Designer will provide revisions until you approve the brochure for print. 1,000 copies of your new, supplier-supported brochure will be delivered with free shipping, and your interactive Flip-Book version of the brochure will go live and be delivered electronically. www.districtpublishing.com
