HHC Supply

Hacienda Home Centers (HHC) was founded in 1975 in Espanola, New Mexico, by brothers Felix and Robert Sanchez—joined soon after by their younger brother Leroy. With a little luck and a lot of hard work, HHC prospered and expanded to six locations. Over the company’s many years of operation, its stores have served as an important part of the communities in which they’ve done business and have employed hundreds of New Mexicans. Always a community-minded company, HHC supported many community organizations and continues to support many more today. For many, Hacienda was a first job—for others, it was the store your dad took you to as a child. Hacienda in one way or another, gives all New Mexicans a familiar warm feeling of helpfulness and familiar faces. With the expansion of Big Box retailers, Hacienda decided to focus on stores that were less pressured and could focus on our valued customers. In 1998, Hacienda joined the Do it Best corporation. Do it Best is the leading member-owned hardware and building materials buying cooperative in the world. This partnership gives HHC the ability to compete in an ever-changing and competitive marketplace. HHC continues to pursue new opportunities and thrive. Our successful government and commercial sales programs provide a reliable supply partner for customers requiring products for projects and daily supply needs. Under the direction of our president Gary Sanchez (son of Felix Sanchez) and Vice President Joseph Sanchez (son of Leroy Sanchez), HHC continues to innovate and modernize the company’s operations while staying keenly focused on the core principals that made us who we are today. Joseph Sanchez, Vice President & Gary Sanchez, President Building a better world, one project at a time.
