In 2022, our company finished construction on a state-of-the-art gas- filling plant that allows us to manufacture a wide range of gases; we take great pride in being able to supply our customers with the gases they need to get the job done. From pure oxygen or argon to mixed gases like C25, C15, or more complex gas blends, we can make it for you. Our plant is fully automated and uses the most advanced technology available on the market. GAS PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS Another unique advantage we provide for our clients is cylinders made by Worthington in Austria. On average, they are 20% lighter than comparable cylinders, making them more fuelefficient to transport and easier to manipulate on the shop floor. They are also able to hold more gas than comparable cylinders—our InnoPure KW Oxygen cylinder holds 18% more oxygen than our competitors. This means that you save money on fuel when transporting cylinders, you can work for longer because it takes less time to change them out, and you don’t have to rent or lease as many due to the higher volume. If you need a specialty gas mix created, contact one of our sales reps. This technology keeps our gases extremely accurate and allows the plant to fill up to 1,000 cylinders per day. Using variable voltage controlled high pressure fill pumps and highly accurate reference standards, we’re able to consistently guarantee our industrial gas mixture accuracies to within parts per million standards.
