CONTINUED GROWTH When you boast an exceptional workforce that is vested in your success, you cultivate growth. Thanks to that growth, RGA continues to invest in the products, services and facilities needed to properly serve our valued customers—who continue to grow, too. Today, we have 19 locations across 10 states serving operations that are diverse in size and market. 19 full stocking fabrication centers can be found throughout 10 states! 1971 The first store opens in Memphis, Tennessee. The Memphis location helped start the Little Rock, Arkansas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma locations. Core product lines include sheet rubber, hydraulic hose and fittings, metal hose and industrial hose. Custom fabrication of gaskets and hydraulic hose have always been the key part of our business. 1990 Little Rock opens the Fort Smith, Arkansas and Springfield, Missouri locations. Little Rock and Fort Smith locations establish the first belt crews. 1992 Memphis helps to open a location in Blytheville, Arkansas. 1993 The Fort Smith location assists in the formation of a Springdale, Arkansas location. 1994 Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location opens. Five locations (Memphis, Little Rock, Fort Smith, Oklahoma City and Springfield) merge under the name Rubber & Gasket Company of America, Inc. (RGA) led by Don Dubois. ESOP is established. 1995 RGA begins expanding into the lightweight belting business. 1996 RGA expands into Texas by opening a new location in McAllen. 1998 Jim McGhee becomes President of RGA. 1999 All subsidiaries are liquidated into the parent company. Central purchasing is formed, strengthening RGA’s buying capability. RGA opens a new location in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 2005 RGA acquires the assets of Hoosier Rubber, expanding its operations into Indianapolis, Indiana and broadening RGA’s product base to include power transmission products. 2007 RGA creates the first custom outage trailer in Arkansas to build hoses on site for customers. 2010 Global is formed. RGA starts offering flash cutting services. 2013 Neil Carter becomes President of RGA. 2014 RGA acquires Maumee Hose & Belting in Ohio. This location later moves to Toledo (Perrysburg), Ohio. RGA starts offering waterjet services in North Little Rock. 2016 After a successful proof of concept, RGA designs additional custom outage trailers. A new location is opens in Corinth, Mississippi. 2018 The belting division expands by adding heavyweight belting to multiple locations. 2019 RGA expands into Alabama by acquiring assets of Decatur Rubber & Gasket Company, Inc., gaining locations in Decatur, Huntsville and Muscle Shoals. 2021 A new location opens in Sinton, Texas. 2022 RGA acquires the assets of Bowling Green Rubber and Gasket, LLC, gaining two Kentucky locations in Bowling Green and Russellville.
