RGA was formed in January of 1994 as the result of the merger of five companies that maintained a total of seven locations. Our oldest facility, in Memphis, had been in existence since 1971. Operating from our corporate offices in North Little Rock, Arkansas, our locations are interconnected through a state-of-the-art mainframe system, which allows fast and flexible service throughout the nation. Appreciable cost advantages are attained through central purchasing and localized account management. Our corporate facility serves as the hub for the product purchases we negotiate. Although RGA represents an impressive array of well-known domestic vendors, European and Pacific Rim imports strengthen our product lines. RGA crews are self contained and can supply their own power, air, and water. Our field specialists address applications for the movement or sealing of liquids, gases, chemicals, foods, and bulk materials. Our crews are fully insured, bondable, randomly drug tested, and most are OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) and Hazardous Materials Safety (HAZMAT) Certified. Vulcanizing & Related Services With over 100 years combined experience installing and splicing hundreds of belts per year, our crews can handle most any situation. Field Services Metal Hose RGA offers a full range of flexible metal hose assemblies, including exotic materials, such as Monel™, Hastelloy™, and Inconel™, in-house fabrication capabilities of materials such as 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, galvanized, and bronze. Our welders are trained, tested, and certified to ASME IX to prove our commitment in providing the highest quality and service to our end users. RGA uses a patented system that produces more accurate parts at significantly higher speeds than parts cut with a conventional waterjet. We can cut with incredibly close tolerances with virtually no taper on a wide variety of materials, such as metal, stone, glass, and composites up to 6” thick. Custom cuts can be any size or shape from any supplied drawing to ensure cuts are as precise as possible.
