Consistent service and a commitment to our customers have brought Tri-State Forest Products, Inc. to
where we are today. We began in 1991 as Hager of Ohio, offering our brand of service accompanied with
high-quality building materials. We were the first in our area to offer jobsite delivery service to our
customers and this was only the beginning of our willingness to listen to our customers and go the extra
mile to meet their needs. In 1999, Hager of Ohio was purchased outright and became Tri-State Forest
Products, Inc. This ushered in a new era of control, and plans were quickly put into place to cultivate
growth. Our history defines us, nothing comes easy, and we never forget who we are and why we are here.
In 2001, we moved from our original leased facility to a purchased facility, now corporate headquarters in
Springfield, Ohio. In 2003, we started a small satellite operation in Indianapolis, Indiana paving the way to
the eventual purchase of our second distribution facility in 2005. In July of 2008, we purchased the assets of
Toledo Forest Products, Inc. adding our third distribution location in Perrysburg, Ohio. In November of 2008,
we purchased a facility in Edwardsburg, Michigan which began operating in March of 2009. In December of
2009, we purchased our fifth facility in Saginaw, Michigan which we opened in April of 2010. In August of 2009,
we completed our LEEDS FSC certification, in alignment with the green movement across the country.
Our growth over the last 10 years has allowed us to cultivate new, expand existing, and rekindle old relation-
ships. Today, we are proud to continue offering the same personal service our customers have grown to
appreciate, supported by a full line of superior commodity building products, exceptional specialty products,
and one of the most comprehensive engineered wood product offerings in the United States. Our customers,
employees, and vendors, have made the difference and thanks to them we have continued our progress.
