We are a leader in the rack and pinion steering market, and also excel in many diverse applications. We provide broach tooling to an array
of customers, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, TRW (ZF), and United Technologies
(P&W). This customer base also includes transplant companies that have relocated to the United States, to take full advantage of our skilled
domestic labor force.

In order to accommodate the growing demands from our southeastern U.S. customer base,
Wolverine Broach establishedWolverine Broach S.E. Division. This facility opened in 1996 in Alcoa,
Tennessee, in order to facilitate the day-to-day requirements of this region.
This facility provides both round and flat broach sharpening services as well as hob sharpening
and broach management programs. Maximum capacity for sharpening includes 72" for flat and
round broaches.

Our Production & Engineering facility is committed
to meeting your requirements for quality, customer
deadlines, and cost-effectiveness. Our broaching services
include surface, internal, external, straddle, and pot
broaching. We are also capable of machine tool-ups. Our
strict quality control standards have earned us the ISO 9001:2000 certification and ensure that every part will meet your highest standards.
We operate two supervised shifts so that you can run on-schedule and within budget. Our chain broaching machines can produce over
1,000 parts per hour and can remove up to 1" depth of stock. Our maximum surface broach capacity is a 66" stroke with 15 tons of pull force.
Our maximum internal capacity is a 78" stroke with 6" broach diameter and 35 tons of pull force.
