The company was founded in 1960 by Mark Yandle and Charles
“Bud”Witherspoon and catered to the roofing and heating
industry. The company soon found its niche in the HVAC
industry and has grown through the years to what is now
a full stocking-distribution operation of equipment, tools,
controls and supplies. Yandle-Witherspoon Supply operates a
sheet metal manufacturing facility capable of producing both
residential and commercial custom ductwork.
