Thank you for choosing Arrowhead Grille for your upcoming event. Arrowhead Grille successfully hosts over 300 events annually. With warm,
inviting décor and panoramic views of Fieldstone’s state-of-the-art golf course, our event specialist will truly make your event one you will never
forget with some impressive culinary selections.
Boardroom—A private room with spectacular views overlooking the golf course. This is the perfect setting for business meetings, small
golf events, or any special occasion. The Boardroom can accommodate up to 24 guests and is equipped with phone capabilities, WiFi, and a
projection screen.
Patio—The elevated Patio provides views of the golf course and seating capacity for up to 40 guests. Our patio is perfect to enjoy appetizers, a
business lunch, a summer dinner, or just a beverage after your round of golf.
Arrowhead Dining Room—The Dining Room is a comfortable setting with seating for up to 80 guests and provides multiple views of the golf
course. This spacious room can be arranged and decorated to accommodate any function. The room is complemented with three televisions and
a full-service bar.
Veranda—The spacious Veranda can be customized for our largest golf outings, corporate parties, elegant weddings, and family celebrations.
The Veranda’s seating capacity is 24 to 160 guests. This area is open on three sides with ceiling fans, recessed lighting, curtains, and spectacular
golf views. Optimum reservation availability from May 1st to October 15th. Outdoor heaters and drop-down sides are available. A room charge
of $50 an hour is required for all non-golf events.
Contract:
Deposit—A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon reserving your date.
Payment—Payment in full is required 5 days prior to your event. Thirty (30) days prior to your event, a preliminary count will be verified.
Fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event, a minimum guarantee of your guest count is required. Any additional charges will be due at the
conclusion of your event.
Room Location—Rooms are assigned according to event size, type of event, and availability. If attendance increases or decreases, Crank’s
reserves the right to assign the function to the proper room size.
Outside Vendors—Chair covers and chocolate fountains can only be rented through Arrowhead Grille. Ask a sales representative about special
pricing. All other outside vendors must be approved by Fieldstone Golf Club and Crank’s Catering and documented on your contract with
Crank’s Services LLC.
Food & Alcoholic Beverages—Fieldstone Golf Club reserves the right to inspect and control all events held on the premises. All food and
beverage packages must be purchased from Arrowhead Grille. Cakes are excluded. Food and beverage not consumed on the premises are not
permitted to be taken off the premises for health, safety, and insurance reasons. With regard to alcohol, Arrowhead Grille reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone whom the attending staff has determined to be intoxicated or a minor. The Michigan Liquor Control Commission
expressly forbids any alcohol to be brought onto the premises.
Decorations—Decorations or displays brought onto the premises must be approved by Arrowhead Grille. Items may not be attached to any
stationary walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance. Decorations can be set up no earlier than one (1) hour prior
to the start of the scheduled function unless approved by the sales staff. Absolutely NO CONFETTI on the tables. Any questions regarding
decorations, please contact your sales representative.
Security—Arrowhead Grille and Fieldstone Golf Club are not responsible for damage or loss of any personal property on our premises.
Furthermore, the client is responsible for any and all of Arrowhead Grille’s property. Missing items or damages incurred by guests, independent
contractors, client, client’s agent, or any person on the client’s behalf is the responsibility of the client.
Pricing—All pricing is subject to a 19% service fee and a 6% sales tax. The 19% fee is a service charge, not a gratuity. Gratuity is totally optional.
Groups requesting tax exemption must provide us with a copy of their tax exempt certificate prior to the scheduled event.
