VALVES & AUTOMATION
DID YOU KNOW: CPS can deliver hastelloy ball valves in 3-4 days as well as other special metals.
Columbia Pipe offers our customers competitive
valve products as well as differentiating products,
such as DFT Check Valves, WKM Triple Offset valves,
and Xomox lined ball, butterfly, plug and check
valves—plus Xomox sleeved plug valves.
Columbia Pipe boasts three automation centers
where our experts automate a wide variety of valves
and actuators. We can—and do—automate through
24-inch valves, which we stock, as well as larger sizes
to Auma Electric Actuators. And we do all the bells and whistles.
AUTOMATED & CONTROL VALVES
We offer a variety of permutations and combinations from suppliers such as Westlock,
ASCO, Apollo, Auma, WKM, Xomox and Sharpe, to name a few. Plus actuation specialists
who will get your actuation and control valve packages to you when you need them,
where you need them and how you need them. Ball, butterfly and plug valves are
actuated daily at Columbia Pipe Valve Automation Centers.
INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS
Columbia Pipe stocks large inventories of
instrumentation tubing, Tylok tube fittings,
both double and single ferrule (interchangeable
with Swagelok and Parker CPI). We also
offer instrumentation valves and accessories.
We stock Trerice pressure gauges and
thermometers. Trerice now manufactures and
stocks transmitters, which we supply.
Columbia Pipe stocks, assembles and tests
actuated and control valves and can supply
filters, regulators and lubricators to your
instrumentation departments.
