LAMPTON 2.0 The Quest for Excellence

www.lampton.com Today, third-generation president Doug Lampton understands the responsibility of leading Lampton into its next chapter. That next chapter is Lampton 2.0. Lampton 2.0 is more than a slogan. It is our commitment to growth, modernization, and renewed purpose. It is about honoring 80 years of history while building a company strong enough, smart enough, and ambitious enough to thrive for the next 80. Our goal is clear: to become a $100 million company. That number represents more than sales. It represents the future we are building together. It represents stronger customer relationships, expanded capabilities, better systems, new technology, deeper inventory, improved service, and greater opportunities for our employees. It represents our belief that Lampton’s best days are not behind us. They are ahead of us. Reaching $100 million will require focus. It will require discipline. It will require every part of our company working together with a shared sense of purpose. We will need to invest in our people, strengthen our brand, sharpen our operations, embrace new tools, and continue finding better ways to serve our customers. OUR QUEST FOR 100M & WHY IT MATTERS Every company has a story. Ours began with a vision, a work ethic, and a commitment to doing business the right way. For 80 years, Lampton Welding Supply has served the people who build, repair, manufacture, fabricate, and keep our communities moving. What started as a family business has grown into something far greater than a supplier of welding products, gases, tools, and equipment. Lampton has become a trusted partner to generations of customers across the region. Marcel L. Lampton laid the foundation for Lampton Welding Supply with the belief that customers should be treated like relationships, not transactions. He understood that trust was earned through service, consistency, and integrity. Those values became the bedrock of the company. Marvin Lampton took that foundation and built upon it. Through decades of change, growth, challenges, and opportunity, he guided Lampton with steady leadership and the same commitment to people that defined the generation before him. He helped shape Lampton into a company known not only for what we sell, but for how we serve. But growth for Lampton has never been about chasing numbers alone. Growth matters because it allows us to serve more customers, create more opportunities, support more communities, and protect the legacy that has been entrusted to us. The spirit that started this company is still alive today. It lives in our branches, in our delivery trucks, in our sales team, in our customer service, in our warehouse, in our leadership, and in every employee who understands that the Lampton name means something. It means integrity. It means service. It means hard work. It means relationships. It means doing what we say we are going to do. As we pursue $100 million in sales, we do so with deep respect for the generations who brought us here and with great confidence in the team that will take us forward. Marcel L. Lampton and Marvin Lampton built more than a business. They built a standard. Now it is our responsibility to carry that standard into the future. We are proud of our past. We are grateful for our customers. We believe in our people. And we are ready for what comes next. This is Lampton 2.0. This is our next chapter. And together, we are building a $100 million future.

We look forward to continuing to be the wholesale arm and engine of expediting goods and being a trusted partner of Lampton Welding Supply. ORS Nasco congratulates Lampton Welding Supply on their 80th Anniversary!
