Our Operation
Mies Wholesale Meats enjoys a state-of-
the-art 25,000 square-foot facility with the
ability to house over five million pounds
of frozen items and two million pounds of
fresh product. We now have a fleet of 10
refrigerated trucks servicing the Kansas City,
Omaha and St. Louis areas.
Our facility is clean and regularly inspected—
giving our customers peace of mind. Our
systems and processes allow for a lean
operation and result in accurate and on-time
deliveries consistently—year after year.
The Mies Wholesale ownership is intimately
involved in the daily operations and
simply cannot be matched by our larger
competitors.
