Not only does The Durkin Company have an open-door policy, where operational input is encouraged. Many changes that have occured have been suggested by department managers. A significant amount of our current team members pre-date the ownership change. These team members have been with The Durkin Company for 10-15 years. This longevity creates a strong bond and company culture. The Durkin Company is an organization that understands the importance of giving back to the community that their business relies on.
