Gulf Coast Pre-Stress Partners, LTD (GCP)
and Texas Concrete Partners, LP (TCP) were
formed in 1967 and 1947 respectively.
Both are owned by a group of partners
that were established in the mid 1980s.
Together, we operate from three facilities
that are PCI-Certified.
Our primary strength involves the supply
of bridge building, pile driving and marine
construction materials. GCP and TCP
have established great relationships and
directly bid with contractors, highway
departments, oil/gas/chemical refineries, ports/
harbors, airports and railroads. Our ability to deliver
high performance materials and engineered systems
with consistency has helped drive our reputation for
excellence through every awarded project.

Evergreen Transport, LLC. is a diversified truckload carrier that
operates in the southeastern United States. Evergreen provides
a superior and reliable transportation service for our customers,
while striving to deliver loads on time and damage free.
Evergreen Transport operates three major fleet divisions with approximately
200 power units and 260 trailers, which include dry bulk, dump and flatbed.
Evergreen is one of the largest bulk carriers in the southeast, operating units at
six terminal locations: Mobile, Alabama (Evergreen corporate office), Jackson,
Calera, Leeds, Alabama and Midlothian, Texas. By operating the majority of our
equipment in the southeast and regional areas, it allows Evergreen to route a
high percentage of their drivers back to their home terminal for the weekend.
This allows Evergreen to maintain one of the lowest driver turnovers in the
industry by enabling their drivers to return home for the weekend.
