ENGINEERING
Our in-house engineering department provides the necessary, detailed and
P.E.-stamped drawings and calculations needed for accurate design phases
and bidding processes. The GCP and TCP teams have years of experience
and a reputation for excellence. Our projects have gained notoriety with
industry trade associations as well as government agencies.
QUALITY CONTROL
The ability to stand behind our products can be accredited to our Quality
Control Department. Each of our facilities is staffed with no less than three
PCI Level III inspectors, in addition to credentials for each of the states that
we supply and operate in. Through decades of testing and troubleshooting
and aided by many “expert in our industry” suppliers, our QC departments
are second to none with their ability to adapt and offer guidance for new
standards and practices.
SAFETY
Workplace and jobsite safety is our top priority! GCP and TCP promote
a safe working atmosphere through a proactive Equal Opportunity
Employer/Human Resources Department and Safety Manager present at
each facility.
Each facility maintains Operational and Project Management Teams that
keep the production process moving, update customers daily and adhere
to project schedules—all within the confines of a safe workplace.
TRANSPORTATION
Transporting the heavy and oversized products we manufacture is a feat
within itself. We operate our own fleet and utilize outsourced heavy haul
trucks and trailer combinations, including steerable dolly trailers that allow
us to maneuver loads into restricted project sites. In addition, GCP operates
a fully staffed 1,000-HP inland tugboat that services any projects that
require water delivery.
The logistics involved in coordination and delivery is unsurpassed and
unparalleled.
