CAPABILITIES

Comprehensive packaged systems include mechanical equipment, electrical, and operating controls

to minimize field labor and reduce project lead times. Proctor Sales designs and builds these packages

providing single-source responsibility. We offer fabricated assemblies built in our 25,000-square-foot

facility near Portland, Oregon, or as manufactured by the factories we represent. We maintain ETL

listing for both direct-fired and indirect-fired packages and manufacture UL508 control panels. We

can engineer a complete modular boiler system, a simple heat transfer package, or a variable speed

pump station. We also represent manufacturers specialized in fully engineered modular heating and

chiller central plants.
