Wisco Cooperative Association - 2026

2 As a cooperative, our goal is to deliver savings. Rather than dealerships negotiating alone, Wisco’s partners recognize the strength of 970 dealers and offer the ‘best price’ upfront, benefitting all Members. Whether a single location or a national dealer group, our Members have access to the best price up front. To become a Wisco Member, applicants are required to have a state-issued dealer’s license to sell vehicles, be in good financial standing and, once approved, applicants purchase a $1000 share of stock in the cooperative. There are no annual fees, hidden costs or dues to pay. As a value-add, purchases through Wisco’s vendor partners significantly streamlines dealers’ accounts payable process. Purchases are invoiced through the cooperative, then Members pay on Net 30 terms. Whether one purchase or thousands, whether buying from one supplier or dozens: Membership allows a month’s purchases to be paid off through a monthly statement. Rather than weekly reconciliation, Members receive one statement and write one check. Become A Member For those with multiple locations and centralized accounting, $1000 goes even further. Many groups have enjoyed all the Wisco offers, shipping to unlimited locations and the benefit of a single-statement payment. Along with competitive pricing, Wisco provides additional services. Our staff is only a phone call away to help place orders, resolve challenges or source those hard-to-find items. We work for you! Cementing our no-risk approach, if a Member sells their dealership or simply wants to leave, return the $1000 stock certificate for a full refund plus equity. There is no catch or gimmick. The Wisco Cooperative Association remains among the USA’s largest and f iscally solid automotive co-ops. Just Scan
