WBS is much more than just lumber...
We have our own 25,000 square foot facility dedicated to
producing and providing the finest interior doors and trim
available. Our expansive facility features the best
equipment and tooling available to produce and hang
more than 400 doors a day!
Pre-finishing is done in-house with eight standard stain
colors and two standard paint colors. Custom stain and
paint matching is also available. WBS offers hand-rubbed
gloss finish and a durable water-base formula that helps
resist scratches.
All of our products are water-based and environmentally
friendly. We use a three-coat process that includes a stain, a
sealer, and a top coat. We also use the latest technologies in
sanding/denibber equipment. All of this happens within a
climate-controlled facility that utilizes a specialized make-
up air system and a 4-million BTU furnace system to bake
on finishes. This ensures a smooth, consistent surface that
offers a lifetime of durability.
WBS also offers licensed, fire-rated slabs in 20-, 45-, 60-, and
90-minute doors. We have custom machining for hinging
and boring knobs and locks. For all projects, we order direct
from vendors which saves you money, and on large projects
we can provide direct-to-jobsite delivery on orders larger
than 75 units.
For exterior doors, we offer Therma-Tru steel insulated slabs.
In addition, we offer Therma-Tru insulated fiberglass slabs in
both textured and smooth skins. This—combined with our
ability to pre-finish in any color and provide primed wood
jambs that offer six stocked aluminum-clad colors—means
we can create a custom look and style for any new home
building or remodeling without breaking your budget. If
needed, we also have licensed fire-rating capabilities for our
exterior doors and we have the ability to match your
exterior door cladding to your garage door frames.
