Miami-Luken Specialty Care (MLSC) Program
The MLSC Program provides specialty pharmacy services and prescription triage pick-up to
independent pharmacies that allow them to fill specialty prescriptions and retain their retail
customers. The program provides comprehensive specialty administrative services to take the strain
off of community pharmacists, while offering a pick-up agreement with our specialty pharmacy
partner that allows the triage of patients’ out-of-network prescriptions to be picked up at the retail
pharmacy along with the patients’ other medications. The services provided are as follows:
Hamacher TEMPS Category Manager
TEMPS® Category Manager provides front-end management, merchandising and pricing
solutions solely for independent and small chain pharmacies. This program provides easy-to-
read planograms, competitive pricing guidance and in-store promotional tools that will facilitate
maximum front-end profitability and category optimization.
Patient Delivery Service
Miami-Luken offers an easy, dependable drop-ship program that allows you to ship supplies direct
to your customer from our warehouse. There is no need to stock inventory or absorb the expense
of a delivery driver. Our online catalog walks you through an easy customer set-up process with
shipping labels appearing as if the product originated from your facility. Our order and delivery
confirmations make it easy for your billing department to provide proof of delivery.

ML Access
ML Access is Miami-Luken’s web-based ordering system. We provide instant access to real-time pricing
and inventory status. It provides easy ways to enter your order or returns. We supply a wireless
scanner that you can use to scan the NDC/UPC or item number of the product you want. An
Order Confirmation is sent back to you almost immediately. You can inquire about your purchases
through a completely customizable selection process. Daily, weekly and monthly dollar totals
of your purchases are also provided. The system is accessible from any location with an Internet
connection and is compatible with any operating system using Internet Explorer 7.0 and above.
OrderDesk II
The OrderDesk II ordering system interfaces with most pharmacy systems. This allows ordering
and receiving processes to maintain your inventory and acquisition costs, which is done by using
Electronic Data Interchange transactions (EDI). The transaction sets used are 850 purchase orders,
855 order confirmation/receiving, and 832 price and product numbers.
CSOS (Controlled Substance Ordering System)
CSOS is a certified system that allows pharmacies to order electronic
controlled substance orders. The system supports all the necessary
reporting requirements to conduct controlled substance ordering
transactions without using DEA Form 222 (Blanks).

pricing, descriptions, specifiations, and inventory. Our product catalog

7pm for next-day shipping.
