savory herb brown sauce with mushrooms.

EYE ROUND OF BEEF WITH BOURGUIGNONNE SAUCE

eye round of beef braised in red wine and garnished with pearl onions and

button mushrooms.

SEARED SIRLOIN

thin sliced, pan-roasted sirloin, seared and served in a light red sauce with

roasted peppers and onions.

HOMEMADE MEATBALLS

our famous homemade meatballs in a mushroom brown sauce. (also available in

a Swedish cream sauce upon request.)

LONDON BROIL W/BORDELAISE SAUCE

marinated flank steak, charbroiled and sliced on the bias in wedges and served

with a bordelaise wine sauce.

KANSAS CITY BEEF TIPS

tenderloin of beef cut in bite-size chunks and slow roasted in a brown sauce.

BEEF WELLINGTON

tenderloin of beef, stuffed with a duxelles (a mixture of finely chopped

mushrooms, shallots and herbs slowly cooked in butter) then wrapped in a puff

pastry.

BEEF ROULADEN

bacon, onion and bread stuffing with dill pickle slices rolled in a thin slice of roast

sirloin baked to perfection then served with a savory beef sauce.

STUFFED CABBAGE

grandma’s famous ground beef stuffing rolled in fresh steamed cabbage, covered

in a secret tomato sauce and slow baked.

CARVED FLAMBE’ OF STEAMSHIP ROUNDS

slow-roasted top sirloin flambé with brandy.

CARVED FILET MIGNON WITH ZIP SAUCE

pismo tenderloin served with our ultimately flavorful zip sauce.

CARVED PRIME RIB OF BEEF

slow oven-roasted prime rib of beef encrusted with our special seasonings then

served with an au jus.

CARVED BEEF TENDERLOIN

an herb-crusted tenderloin roasted in a pinot noir and sundried cherry sauce

then topped with onion straws.

CARVED TURKEY

roasted turkey slow roasted in our specialized herbs concoction cooked to a

perfect temperature and bronzed—moist and juicy throughout with a flavor you

just can’t get any other way.

“Polish-style” slow-smoked sausage baked in our homemade tangy sauerkraut.
